Refund Policy

Legal Disclaimer

The Good Eatery reserves the right to review refund and replacement requests individually. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

By placing an order with The Good Eatery, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund Policy  & Cancellation Policy

At The Good Eatery, we take pride in preparing fresh, homemade food with care. Because our products are made-to-order and perishable, all sales are generally final once an order has been prepared.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before preparation has begun. Once ingredients have been purchased specifically for your order or preparation has started, your order may no longer be eligible for a full refund.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your order is incorrect, damaged, missing an item, or there is another issue with the quality of your food, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Photos may be requested when appropriate.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Missed Pickups & Deliveries

Orders that are not picked up at the agreed-upon time are generally non-refundable. Delivery fees and completed deliveries are also non-refundable unless the issue was caused by The Good Eatery.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Allergen & Food Safety Disclaimer

At The Good Eatery, we care about what goes into our food and the people we make it for. Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary concerns before placing your order.

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions.

Because food is prepared in a kitchen where multiple ingredients and allergens may be handled, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers with severe or life-threatening food allergies should use their own judgment before ordering or consuming our products. Ingredient information may be provided upon request when available.

Food should be properly stored after pickup or delivery and consumed within the recommended timeframe.

The Good Eatery is not responsible for food quality or safety issues resulting from improper handling, storage, reheating, or consumption after the recommended period.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this information and are responsible for communicating any known food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.
